Description
Deconstructed egg rolls served in a bowl with chicken and cabbage.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (optional)
- 1 (16 ounce) bag coleslaw mix
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground chicken over medium-high heat. Drain any excess grease.
- Add sesame oil, onion, garlic, and ginger to the skillet. Cook until the onion is softened, about 3 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha (if using).
- Add coleslaw mix and cook until the cabbage is tender, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of sriracha to your preference.
- Serve over rice for a more filling meal.
