Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (optional)
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag coleslaw mix

  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground chicken over medium-high heat. Drain any excess grease.
  2. Add sesame oil, onion, garlic, and ginger to the skillet. Cook until the onion is softened, about 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha (if using).
  4. Add coleslaw mix and cook until the cabbage is tender, about 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in green onions and sesame seeds.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of sriracha to your preference.
