- 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
- 8 large eggs
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar or American cheese
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Gather all ingredients and prep your workspace by organizing buns, eggs, milk, cheese, butter, salt, and pepper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined and airy.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt a bit of butter. Add the egg mixture and cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are just set but still soft (about 3–5 minutes).
- Slice the slider buns in half and arrange the bottoms on a baking sheet. Spoon scrambled eggs onto each bun, sprinkle with cheese, and cover with the top buns.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush the tops of the sliders with melted butter and bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, then serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- Use Hawaiian rolls for a sweet twist.
- Customize with cooked bacon or sausage for extra protein.
- These can be made ahead and reheated in the oven.
- Great for brunch, potlucks, or meal prepping breakfast for the week.
