- 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour sauce over chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred chicken and serve with sauce.
