Description

Quick pasta dish featuring seasonal spring vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta
  • 1 cup asparagus, chopped
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. While pasta cooks, sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
  3. Add asparagus and peas; cook until tender.
