Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup corn, canned or frozen
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 large tortillas
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chicken, black beans, corn, red onion, bell pepper, salsa, and cheddar cheese.
- Mix well to combine all ingredients.
- Lay tortillas flat and divide the chicken mixture evenly between them.
- Wrap each tortilla tightly.
- Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
