Description

Quick and flavorful chicken wrap with a Southwest twist.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup corn, canned or frozen
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 large tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine chicken, black beans, corn, red onion, bell pepper, salsa, and cheddar cheese.
  2. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  3. Lay tortillas flat and divide the chicken mixture evenly between them.
  4. Wrap each tortilla tightly.
  5. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
