Quick and simple potsticker stir fry recipe.
Ingredients

- 1 package frozen potstickers
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Cook potstickers according to package directions.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir fry for 3-5 minutes, until tender-crisp.
- Add cooked potstickers to the skillet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
- Pour sauce over potstickers and vegetables.
- Stir fry for 2-3 minutes, until heated through and sauce has thickened slightly.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat.
- Garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions.
