Quick and simple potsticker stir fry recipe.


Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen potstickers
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Cook potstickers according to package directions.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and stir fry for 3-5 minutes, until tender-crisp.
  4. Add cooked potstickers to the skillet.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
  6. Pour sauce over potstickers and vegetables.
  7. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes, until heated through and sauce has thickened slightly.
  8. Serve immediately.
