- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can (10 ounces) enchilada sauce
- 10 corn tortillas, cut into pieces
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in taco seasoning and enchilada sauce.
- In a baking dish, layer tortilla pieces, beef mixture, and cheese. Repeat layers.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
