- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 bag Doritos, crushed
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet; drain excess fat.
- Stir in tomato sauce, kidney beans, and taco seasoning.
- In a baking dish, layer crushed Doritos, meat mixture, and cheese. Repeat layers.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
