Description

Simple and refreshing cucumber salad sandwiches.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 slices bread

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the cucumber, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and dill.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the cucumber mixture on 4 slices of bread.
  4. Top with the remaining bread slices.
  5. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
