Description
Simple and refreshing cucumber salad sandwiches.
Ingredients

- 1 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 slices bread
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the cucumber, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and dill.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the cucumber mixture on 4 slices of bread.
- Top with the remaining bread slices.
- Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese and mayonnaise.
- Add a squeeze of lemon juice for extra flavor.
