π€π₯©Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Shrimp

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
- Cook the steak: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Cook the shrimp: In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp butter. Toss in shrimp, season with Italian seasoning, and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside with the steak.
- Make the garlic butter sauce: Reduce heat to medium. Add the remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet. SautΓ© until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Combine and serve: Return steak and shrimp to the skillet, tossing to coat in the garlic butter sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot!
