A simple lime loaf recipe using only four ingredients.

- 1 box (15.25 oz) lemon cake mix
- 1 can (12 oz) limeade concentrate, thawed
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the lemon cake mix, limeade concentrate, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger lime flavor, add lime zest to the batter.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
