Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Cups

Description

Easy chocolate cups filled with fresh strawberries, inspired by Dubai flavors.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
  • Pinch of cardamom

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave.
  2. Brush the inside of 12 silicone cups with melted chocolate.
  3. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  4. Apply a second coat of chocolate and refrigerate again for 15 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, combine strawberries, honey, pistachios, and cardamom.
  6. Fill each chocolate cup with the strawberry mixture.
  7. Drizzle remaining chocolate over the top.
  8. Refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate.
  • You can substitute other nuts for pistachios.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
