Description
Easy chocolate cups filled with fresh strawberries, inspired by Dubai flavors.
Ingredients
Scale
- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
- 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
- Pinch of cardamom
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave.
- Brush the inside of 12 silicone cups with melted chocolate.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Apply a second coat of chocolate and refrigerate again for 15 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine strawberries, honey, pistachios, and cardamom.
- Fill each chocolate cup with the strawberry mixture.
- Drizzle remaining chocolate over the top.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate.
- You can substitute other nuts for pistachios.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
