- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp butter, to dot
- Prepare the pie crust by mixing flour, salt, and sugar, then adding butter until crumbly. Add ice water gradually until dough forms.
- Chill the dough for at least one hour.
