Ingredients

- 2 pounds steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Place steak, potatoes, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and beef broth in a crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir in cheddar cheese.
- Serve topped with sour cream and green onions.

- You can use any cut of steak for this recipe.
