Ingredients

  • 2 pounds steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Place steak, potatoes, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and beef broth in a crockpot.
  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  3. Stir in cheddar cheese.
  4. Serve topped with sour cream and green onions.
