Description

Tender steak bites cooked in a flavorful garlic butter sauce using a slow cooker.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place steak cubes in the crock pot.
  2. In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the steak cubes in the crock pot.
  4. Stir to coat the steak evenly.
