Description
Tender steak bites cooked in a flavorful garlic butter sauce using a slow cooker.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Place steak cubes in the crock pot.
- In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the steak cubes in the crock pot.
- Stir to coat the steak evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, or until the steak is tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
