- 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- In a shallow dish, combine flour, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Dredge chicken thighs in the flour mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken thighs for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
- Transfer skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove skillet from oven and drizzle hot honey over the chicken.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the chicken.
- Serve immediately.
