Description

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  3. In a shallow dish, combine flour, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Dredge chicken thighs in the flour mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
  5. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Sear chicken thighs for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
  7. Transfer skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
  8. Remove skillet from oven and drizzle hot honey over the chicken.
  9. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the chicken.
  10. Serve immediately.
