- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix baking powder, salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the dry rub.
- Arrange wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until wings are crispy and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly and serve.
Notes
- For extra crispy wings, place under the broiler for the last few minutes of cooking.
- Adjust the amount of cayenne pepper to your preferred level of spiciness.
