Simple recipe for crispy baked chicken thighs.


Ingredients

  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Rub the mixture all over the chicken thighs.
  5. Place chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and skin is crispy.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
