- 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Rub the mixture all over the chicken thighs.
- Place chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and skin is crispy.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispy skin, broil for the last 2-3 minutes, watching carefully to avoid burning.
