Chicken breasts cooked in a lemon garlic butter sauce.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- Add garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice. Stir in lemon zest and red pepper flakes.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, or until sauce has slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.

- Serve over rice, pasta, or vegetables.
- Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to your preference.
