- 8 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 cups fresh spinach
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream or a lighter alternative like coconut milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
