- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a shallow dish, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- In another shallow dish, place the beaten egg.
- Dip each chicken breast in the egg, then dredge in the Parmesan mixture, pressing to adhere.
- Drizzle chicken with olive oil.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the Parmesan mixture.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
