Description

Steak and pasta shells in a creamy paprika sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak, cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 pound pasta shells, cooked

Instructions

  1. Cook steak in olive oil until browned.
  2. Add onion and garlic and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and sour cream.
  6. Add cooked pasta shells and toss to coat.
