- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side, until lightly browned.
- Remove skillet from heat and pour heavy cream over chicken.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and parsley over the cream.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and sauce is bubbly.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve over rice or pasta.
- Add vegetables like broccoli or asparagus to the skillet during the last 10 minutes of baking.
