- 1 ½ cups chocolate chips
- ¼ cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine milk, heavy cream, chocolate chips, sugar, and vanilla extract in a crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally, until chocolate chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
- Serve warm.
