Description

This is a simple recipe for creamy chicken pasta.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and cubed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. While pasta is cooking, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bring to a simmer and cook until sauce has thickened slightly, about 5 minutes.
  6. Add chicken and cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve immediately.
