Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup milk, warmed
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Bueno spread
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. Add warm milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1-1.5 hours.
  5. Roll the dough into a rectangle. Spread Bueno spread and softened butter evenly over the dough.
  6. Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into 12 rolls.
  7. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
  8. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. While the rolls are baking, prepare the glaze by whisking together powdered sugar and milk.
  10. Drizzle the glaze over the warm rolls before serving.
