- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup milk, warmed
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup Bueno spread
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- Add warm milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1-1.5 hours.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle. Spread Bueno spread and softened butter evenly over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into 12 rolls.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- While the rolls are baking, prepare the glaze by whisking together powdered sugar and milk.
- Drizzle the glaze over the warm rolls before serving.
