- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 12 ounces pasta
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess grease.
- Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add tomato sauce and cream of mushroom soup. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in sour cream and milk. Heat through.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use heavy cream instead of milk.
- Add vegetables such as bell peppers or mushrooms to the sauce.
