Description
Turkey stuffing balls with cranberries.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, cranberries, onion, celery, poultry seasoning, salt, pepper, and egg.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Brown stuffing balls on all sides.
- Transfer stuffing balls to a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Add herbs to the mixture.
- Serve with gravy.
