Description

Turkey stuffing balls with cranberries.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, cranberries, onion, celery, poultry seasoning, salt, pepper, and egg.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form mixture into 1-inch balls.
  5. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  6. Brown stuffing balls on all sides.
  7. Transfer stuffing balls to a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  9. Serve warm.
