Chicken breasts filled with cranberry and spinach.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine spinach, cranberries, feta cheese, and garlic.
- Cut a pocket in each chicken breast.
- Stuff the spinach mixture into the chicken pockets.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
