Ingredients

- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss green beans with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread green beans in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- You can also use other types of cheese, such as Romano or Asiago.
