Description

Crispy and flavorful green beans.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss green beans with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread green beans in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Serve immediately.
