- 1 pound pasta
- 1 (15 ounce) container cottage cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- In a bowl, combine cooked pasta, cottage cheese, marinara sauce, and mixed vegetables.
- Pour mixture into a baking dish.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
