Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, self-rising flour, garlic powder, and onion powder until a dough forms.
  3. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions.
  4. Shape each portion into a bagel.
  5. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top of each bagel.
  6. Place bagels in the air fryer basket.
  7. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
