- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, self-rising flour, garlic powder, and onion powder until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions.
- Shape each portion into a bagel.
- Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top of each bagel.
- Place bagels in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a crispier bagel, spray lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
- Add other seasonings to the dough, like Italian herbs or red pepper flakes.
