Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread cottage cheese in a thin layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle with your choice of seasonings.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool completely before removing from the parchment paper.
Notes
- For extra crispy chips, press out excess moisture from the cottage cheese before spreading on the baking sheet.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
