- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- Optional: chopped chives for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a small baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together cottage cheese, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- If using, stir in shredded cheese.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chives if desired.
