Description

Ingredients

  • 7 cups shredded coconut, divided

Instructions

  2. Mix well until everything is evenly distributed.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  4. Roll each ball in the remaining 1 cup of coconut until fully coated.
  5. Place the snowballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
