- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 7 cups shredded coconut, divided
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the condensed milk, 6 cups of coconut, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Mix well until everything is evenly distributed.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Roll each ball in the remaining 1 cup of coconut until fully coated.
- Place the snowballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a festive touch, add a drop of food coloring to the condensed milk mixture.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
