Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, white vinegar, sugar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Adjust sugar and vinegar to your taste.
- Pour over shredded cabbage and carrots to make coleslaw.
Notes
- For a tangier dressing, add more vinegar.
- For a sweeter dressing, add more sugar.
