- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, beaten eggs, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and salt. Stir until well combined.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- Reduce the oven temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and continue baking for 40-50 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Let the pie cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can add a pinch of nutmeg to the spice mixture.
- If your pie crust starts to brown too quickly, you can cover the edges with aluminum foil.
