Description

Easy cinnamon roll bars recipe.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (13×9-inch) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch square baking pan.
  2. Unroll cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into 8 pieces.
  3. In a bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Add the cinnamon roll pieces and toss to coat.
  4. Transfer mixture to the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before frosting with the included icing.
  7. Cut into bars and serve.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, add 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts to the butter mixture.
  • Store leftover bars in an airtight container at room temperature.
