A simple peppermint pie recipe perfect for Christmas.
Ingredients

- 1 ready-made graham cracker pie crust
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 3 drops red food coloring
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, divided
- 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candies
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Stir in peppermint extract and food coloring.
- In a separate bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
- Whip the remaining 1/2 cup of heavy cream and spread over the pie.
- Sprinkle with crushed peppermint candies.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger peppermint flavor, add more extract.
- Garnish with additional peppermint candies before serving.
