- 1 lb chicken breasts
- 1 cup chimichurri sauce
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup black beans
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup garlic sauce
Instructions
- Marinate chicken breasts in chimichurri sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill chicken breasts until cooked through.
- Slice grilled chicken.
- Assemble bowls with rice, sliced chicken, avocado, black beans, red onion, and cilantro.
- Drizzle garlic sauce over bowls.
