Ingredients

- 3 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the diced chicken, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Serve on bread, crackers, or lettuce.
