Description

Tender chicken fillet served with a rich and creamy garlic Parmesan sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken fillets with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook chicken fillets for 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer, then stir in Parmesan cheese.
  6. Reduce heat to low and let the sauce thicken for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Return chicken fillets to the skillet and coat with the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce.
  8. Serve immediately.
