Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken fillets with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken fillets for 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer, then stir in Parmesan cheese.
- Reduce heat to low and let the sauce thicken for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Return chicken fillets to the skillet and coat with the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce.
- Serve immediately.
