- 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10 ounces) enchilada sauce
- 1 can (4 ounces) diced green chiles
- 12 corn tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken, half of the enchilada sauce, and green chiles.
- Lightly fry tortillas in a pan.
- Dip each tortilla in remaining enchilada sauce.
- Fill each tortilla with chicken mixture and roll up.
- Place enchiladas in a baking dish.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

- Add sour cream or guacamole as toppings.
