Description

Easy chicken enchiladas bake recipe.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (10 ounces) enchilada sauce
  • 1 can (4 ounces) diced green chiles
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken, half of the enchilada sauce, and green chiles.
  3. Lightly fry tortillas in a pan.
  4. Dip each tortilla in remaining enchilada sauce.
  5. Fill each tortilla with chicken mixture and roll up.
  6. Place enchiladas in a baking dish.
  7. Top with cheese.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
