Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine flour, Parmesan cheese, butter, cream cheese, egg yolk, garlic powder, and salt.
- Mix until a dough forms.
- Roll dough into small balls.
- Place on a baking sheet.
- Make a thumbprint in the center of each ball.
- If desired, sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until lightly golden.
- Let cool before serving.
