Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown ground beef in a skillet; drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, combine cooked ground beef, rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, cheddar cheese, onion, salt, and pepper.
- Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted.
- Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
