Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled Italian sausage
- 1/4 cup pepperoni, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese.
- Stir in bacon, Italian sausage, pepperoni, garlic powder, and oregano. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour mixture into prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until muffins are set and golden brown.
- Let cool in tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- You can add other meats to customize your pizza muffins.
- Store leftover muffins in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
