Description

A savory muffin with pizza flavors, suitable for a carnivore diet.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled Italian sausage
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Stir in bacon, Italian sausage, pepperoni, garlic powder, and oregano. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour mixture into prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until muffins are set and golden brown.
  6. Let cool in tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
