Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce and brown sugar.
- Marinate chicken in the mixture for 15 minutes.
- Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Brown the chicken on all sides.
- Add garlic and ginger to the pot and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Cover and cook for 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
