Ingredients

  • 1 pound thinly sliced beef
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 4 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, spinach, bean sprouts)
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook quinoa according to package directions.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
