- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 head of lettuce, separated into leaves
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Cook chicken breasts until cooked through.
- Shred chicken with two forks.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo wing sauce and ranch dressing.
- Spoon chicken mixture into lettuce leaves.
- Top with cheddar cheese and green onions.
- Serve immediately.
