Savory bombs filled with buffalo chicken, bacon, and mozzarella.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine chicken, buffalo wing sauce, mozzarella cheese, bacon, and ranch dressing.
  3. Cut pizza dough into equal squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of chicken mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Bring edges of dough together and pinch to seal.
  6. Place bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  7. Brush with melted butter.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
